The main stages of the passage of "SHVB":

  1. Analysis of the current situation in the form of an audit. A consultant from SVB communicates with the head of the company and key employees and highlights the obstacles that hinder the development of the business as a whole.
  2. Passage of modules and sessions. There are 11 modules, and they include sessions that the owners of the company attend. And, as a rule, this is a group of up to 14 people.   3. Practice after the sessions includes work directly in the organization.
