"Czech gardens" - a dream village

The Czech Gardens village will be built around the central street. Areas that are opposite each otherfriend, share a distance of 20 meters. Even the smallest streets of this complex will be at least nine meters wide (of which 6 meters are the roadway). It will not do without convenient parking and parking lots for cars. First of all, it is planned to equip roads, install water, electricity, make parking lots, and take care of security.

A public area is provided in the center of the village. It will have a public garden and playgrounds for children. Construction will not do without a store, a summer cafe. The Czech Gardens complex provides plots with an area of at least 10 acres. The standard "six" is not enough even for an ordinary family, not to mention a large one. It is necessary to place a house, shrubs, a greenhouse, a modest bathhouse on the site - all this requires land.

The Bogorodsk direction chosen by the developer is the most environmentally friendly and promising in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Getting to the city is not difficult - it is not far away. Near the village there is a lake and a pond, a forest with berry and mushroom fields. The sites chosen for construction have a rich history. Therefore, lovers of attractions will have something to listen and learn. And fans of active pastime will be able to go to the Bogorodsk flying club and jump with a parachute, learn how to fly a plane. There is also a shooting club and ski slopes nearby.

Cost

In total, it is planned to put up for sale 891 plots on the territory of the Czech Gardens complex. The price per one hundred square meters of land will be 5.5 thousand rubles. A plot of minimum area can be purchased for about 60 thousand rubles.

Czech Gardens is a holiday village that takes into account the tastes and needs of almost everyone. All the amenities for you: wide roads, excellent street lighting, internal security of the site, fenced around the perimeter, the availability of guest parking, an abundance of public places (starting from the playground and ending with the square for walking).
