1. Due to the fact that construction is most often carried out by small private developers, whose capabilities are very limited, infrastructure development remains outside the construction budget. As a result, you get comfortable housing in "settlements" without shops, pharmacies, kindergartens and schools. If you are not burdened with a family, then the question is not very relevant, although how long will an ambulance go to you? And if there are children in the family, then one of the parents will have to leave work to accompany the child to school, to sports clubs or ballet classes in a nearby city. You can hire a governess, a nanny or a driver, which, you see, greatly increases the cost.
2. The next minus can also be attributed to the previous paragraph, but still we will single it out as a separate paragraph. This direction is relatively new and its development is weak. In no case are we slandering excellent developers who offer their customers the subsequent maintenance of the entire complex (village). The price of housing in them is much higher, of course, that the conditions are better. We are talking about the average market of this kind of real estate, namely, buildings for those who have changed a three-room apartment for a three-story cottage with a piece of land. As a result, residents of banal apartments gather around, who will gladly put their garbage or a pile of rubble outside the gate. Scandals, insults and threats are becoming the norm.
