The term "foreign labor force" itself was until the end of the last century in the lexicon of only political scientists, but now it is used by a huge number of people. Moreover, in Russia they now consider those who used to be just a compatriot as guest workers. In short, yes, foreign labor is needed in Russia for many reasons. This is not disdained either in the West, where the influx of emigrants from former colonies can no longer be stopped, or, for example, in the USA, where even illegal immigrants are already being converted into Americans.

The next global factor that has been responsible for the rise of more than one emerging economy in the world is, pardon the tautology, the emerging economy itself. Any economy that wants to grow is bound to be on the drug called "foreign labor." Otherwise, such an economy is called developed, that is, one that has nowhere else to develop in breadth, but only needs to develop in depth. Such a comparison will always be lame, but, in fact, it is true.

It's no secret that, on the one hand, the demographicthe situation in the Russian Federation, and on the other hand, the largest land area, determine the internal policy of the state. It has been said more than once that in some places on the external borders of the Russian Federation there is a sharp imbalance in population density - China is not the only state in this respect. The positive effect that foreign labor can have is obvious here: there is already some positive experience of the penetration of foreigners in the Urals and Western Siberia, where the lack of workers is pathological.

Additionally, the reason, which is complex, is none other than Russia's natural we alth. The time is not far off when oil and gas production in the state will become secondary even in terms of the budget.

If a country considers it necessary to survive as a state, as an established set of nations, then the attitude towards people will have to change radically. But the role that will be played by foreign labor will have to remain the same. In any state, there should be a certain category of the population, whose work would be estimated at the lower end, but which would be involved in the sectors of the economy that bring real profit. Without this, the creation of national we alth is simply impossible.

Finally, the purely quantitative factor also plays an important role. The point here is that if there are people in any region, its natural development occurs. Any person needs some minimum householdliving conditions, food, communication, rest, finally. Therefore, each of these aspects entails the activities of other people, the development of a local scale business, etc.

Thus, by issuing a work permit to any foreigner, Russia automatically creates new jobs and attracts investments directly to the regions where these people settle. Perhaps someone will object that from an economic point of view this is unprofitable, but not a single state in the world will ever give up cheap labor or, which is now becoming more relevant, from attracting skilled labor (formerly the States and Western Europe, and now Brazil and China).
