- As mentioned above, no employee can be assigned more than 120 overtime hours per year.
- Work on a public holiday is subject to double pay or the employee is given an extra day off.
- Sick days are not subject to working off, but are deducted from the general norm.
- Rest and meal breaks are not payable.
