In 2011, a new autonomous non-profit organization "ASI" appeared. Its goal is to support new projects of medium-sized businesses. Applications for the deputy head of the organization were submitted by 2,400 people. But at the end, only 25 were selected. The contestants complained that many people passed through the "VIP rooms".
