2. Small warehouse. Its area is 2.8 thousand square meters. m, dimensions - 54x48 m.
3. Administrative and amenity building (ABK). Its area is 1.2 thousand square meters. m.

Step between internal columns - 12x12 m. The foundations under the object are made in the form of glasses. The depth of their occurrence is 1400 mm. The warehouse part is equipped with lifting gates, rubber seals for the opening, dock levelers. Each section of the warehouse has a ramp for forklifts. The office block has been modernly renovated, and a centralized air conditioning and ventilation system has been installed.
