Pyatirechye Residential Complex is the choice of those who take care of their he alth and are not indifferent to sports. This object belongs to the economy class and is located in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow region, between the settlements of Dedenevo and Tseleevo. The project is being implemented by the construction company Tiros-Invest. She cannot be considered a newcomer to the housing market, although there is not so much information about the objects being built by the above developer.

Description

The construction process began at the end of 2012. "Tiros-Invest" will build 15 brick-monolithic buildings of various levels of storeys (from 12 to 17). All houses will have the same style of architecture.

Why can you opt for the residential complex "Pyatirechye"? First of all, because inthere are no dangerous industries in this microdistrict, and a lot of greenery grows in the district. However, it should also be said about the minus that characterizes the residential complex "Pyatirechye". There is a dump near the building. The developer intends to compensate for this shortcoming by arranging a recreational zone with a park, a pond and an embankment on the territory of the complex. The project documentation provides that each residential building will include several sections.

When will the property be ready for delivery?

The neighborhood will be built up in order of priority. To date, building No. 4 has been commissioned. Walls are being erected in the third building, and the commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the first quarter of next year. Work is also underway in building No. 2, and the facility should be ready by the first quarter of this year. After the completion of the construction of the above houses, the developer will begin the construction of building No. 1.

Infrastructure

The microdistrict under construction in the Dmitrovsky district provides for a developed infrastructure. The first floors of residential buildings will be occupied by commercial facilities: shops, fitness centers, hairdressers, bank branches, etc. In addition, public catering establishments, cinemas, kindergartens, and schools will appear on the adjacent sites. The adjacent territory will be equipped with traffic lanes and pedestrian sidewalks. It also provides for the construction of sports and children's playgrounds in the "fresh air". The above housing complex belongs to the "economy" category, so the apartments in it are sold at fairly affordable prices. In particular, one-room apartments are estimated at 1,470,000 rubles. For a two-room mansion, you will have to pay about 2,000,000 rubles. Those wishing to acquire a three-room apartment in Pyatirechye will fork out for 3,050,000 rubles.

Terms of Purchase

The developer provided favorable conditions for buying an apartment in the above microdistrict. There is an option to purchase housing in installments. It is discussed with the client individually. Not far from the residential complex is the railway station "Tourist" (5-10 minutes walk). Sowing in suburbantrain, you can get to the Savelovsky station of the capital in an hour and a little. Also, with the help of an electric train, you can get to Dmitrov in a quarter of an hour.

LC "Pyatirechye" is under construction, so the question of whether it makes sense to buy an apartment in this neighborhood or not, opinions are divided. In the project under consideration, both pluses and minuses can be distinguished.

What is one of the main advantages of the residential complex "Pyatirechye"? Customer reviews indicate the availability of housing offered by Tiros-Invest. Many believe that as the infrastructure is equipped, apartments in the microdistrict will only rise in price. Some are attracted by the proximity of the ski slopes, as in winter you can ski here in plenty. Athletes will feel like fish in water here.

But some potential customers are still wary of the possibility of acquiring housing in Pyatirechye. In their opinion, there is a risk that the local communication system may not withstand the load that the construction of the facility on an area of 19 hectares will provoke. Also, dissatisfaction is caused by the current lack of a school and a kindergarten (these facilities will be built in the future). Moreover, the construction of an educational institution is scheduled only for the fifth stage. This means that until then, children will have to be transported to other schools, which creates inconvenience.

A certain part of potential buyers notice that Pyatirechy lacks transport infrastructure facilities and somesocial institutions. But otherwise, the microdistrict can compete with others of its kind.
