We have heard many times, but never thought about what a corporate party is and what the meaning of this word is. But after all, each of us at least once in our lives has been to such an event! If this issue is de alt with by trusted employees of the company, their task is to provide for allpossible nuances, take into account the interests of employees, create a certain atmosphere, otherwise the corporate party may end before it even starts.

Types of corporate events

1. Labor. Such corporate parties were in Soviet times. Employees from state institutions, schoolchildren, students were sent to socially useful work. As a rule, these are collective farm fields and orchards. After a very productive labor communication, picnics were arranged, gatherings by the fire, they sang songs and had heartfelt conversations.

2. Sports. Any competition or competition in which there may be both participants and fans. This especially alleviates the problem when some do not want to take part in sports games directly, then they make a good support group. Activities can be very different - from football to checkers. And when the corporate party ends, the photos will be a great reminder of the time spent. It is important to foresee what employees are most interested in and take these wishes into account when choosing a sport.

3. Prizes. One of my favorite events for awarding prizes and gifts. The organizers need to be smart to pull the whole team to the distribution of bonuses. Ideas range from the mundane (“Employee of the Month”) to the original (“Best Stunt”). Such a corporate event is a great opportunity to show employees that they are valued not only for good work.

4. Holiday. The official holidays of the country can be a good occasion for a corporate party. Everyone loves to play and knows how to play. But tosuch a holiday did not end with a headache, it is reasonable to start it with an entertainment program in the form of going to a musical or theater, and only then end with a musical disco. And, of course, what is a corporate party without a buffet with a wide variety of snacks!

5. Trainings and seminars. The optimal work of the team largely depends on the relationship of employees, on their personal view of the labor process and the company as a whole. Trainings and personal growth help employees overcome the psychological barrier, teach them how to communicate with each other, bosses, clients, and help them get used to an already established team.

6. Anniversary. This is a holiday both for the founders of the company and for its direct employees. At the official part, you should definitely take stock of the past time, congratulate everyone who has invested a lot in the development of the business, those who are no longer around, dream a little and arrange a magnificent corporate party. Practice shows that nothing brings colleagues together like a noisy and fun party. All the costs that will be invested by the organizers will be more than paid off by the hard work of rested workers.

7. Picnics. Another opportunity to relax your mind and body. It can be outdoor recreation, a pleasure boat trip or a short cruise to local attractions. You can start with the official part, because what is a corporate party without a director's speech and a look into the future! Well, then - as your heart desires, from gatherings by the fire to sports competitions.

8. Team building. In some ways, such corporate parties resemble Soviet labor ones. Team building involves team building through mutual assistance. In the process of physical labor and exercises, employees learn to trust each other, are not afraid to ask for help, and offer their services more resolutely. Team tasks make the company one friendly family.

9. Presentations. A corporate event held for the purpose of advertising, promoting a new product or attracting customers. The direct participation of employees helps them to better understand the overall policy of the organization, to feel part of a great cause, to be aware of all new ideas and achievements.

What is a corporate party, we figured it out, but what is a corporate culture? Communication during the work process or on vacation is a culture. Any issue - including bonuses and de-premiums - is also a matter of culture. In order for joint activities to bring moral and physical satisfaction, a framework must be provided for them. In fact, corporate culture is a set of rules and concepts that should guide team members during work and any other communication.

To this end, the company's management, together with the team, is developing a number of important issues, the observance of which increases cohesion, improves the labor process and stimulates the moral satisfaction of each participant in the joint production.
