Location

Residential complex "Spring" (Aprelevka) has the following address: Naro-Fominsk district, the city of Aprelevka, Yasnaya street. It separates the residential complex from the village of Kromino. A little further, just beyond the Desna River, the land of the village of Martemyanovo stretches. The microdistrict in which the residential complex "Spring" is being built is named by analogy with the nearestvillage - Martemyanovo-7. The complex has another street - Jasminovaya. It is much shorter than Yasnaya, but it is indicated in the postal address of some buildings. Near the residential complex there are no large urban developments, only garden partnerships "Pensioner" and "Dachnoe", as well as a new modern cottage village in Kromino. The city itself with all its infrastructure lies on the other side of the Kyiv highway, which is no more than 200 meters from the complex. If you move along the highway, it is 27 km to the Moscow Ring Road from the Vesna complex, and 28 km to Naro-Fominsk.

Transport accessibility

Despite the fact that the residential complex "Spring" was built at some distance from Moscow, Kievskoye Highway allows motorists to get to the metro stations "Salaryevo" or "Rumyantsevo" in just a quarter of an hour. Convenient parking is provided here, which makes it possible to safely leave the car and move further by metro. For those residents of Vesna who use public transport, a new bus route No. 22 has recently been introduced, the stop of which was made immediately at the exit from the residential complex. This bus goes from the village of Martemyanovo to the Aprelevka station, where you can transfer to an electric train and get to Moscow in 50 minutes, to Kievsky railway station. Ecology

The Vesna residential complex has been erected in a beautiful and ecologically clean place. Aprelevka used to be famous all over the country for its record factory. Now its building houses diverse offices, and the plant itself has not been operating for more than 20 years. There are no large enterprises polluting the atmosphere in the city. The only problem that the residents of the first phase of the Vesna residential complex faced was the old sewage treatment plants that could not cope with their load.

According to many landlords, at first, unpleasant odors were felt in the complex. Now these structures are being reconstructed, so all the bad odors have literally disappeared. However, the problem has not yet been resolved, since long-term runoff into the Desna, the MPC of which was exceeded dozens of times, has significantly polluted the river. They were carried out near the Martemyanovsky bridge, not far from the complex. The buildings of the complex are built using monolithic-brick technology. The facades are finished with ceramic tiles. All of them have spectacular glazed balconies. The entrance areas in the houses are bright and spacious, equipped with high-speed safe elevators.

Infrastructure on the territory

The residential complex "Spring" is not without reason recognized as the best among similar housing projects. Its creators tried to include in the master plan all the social facilities necessary for a comfortable life. A supermarket, a small grocery store, two kindergartens have already been built on the territory of the residential complex, a school is being built at a rapid pace, which will accept the firststudents in 2018. In the future, a large shopping center will be opened here. The first floors of some (not all) buildings are also given over to office space, where they are going to place a dental clinic, a children's club, a cafe. Opinions of the residents of the complex on this issue differ. Some believe that social and cultural facilities are needed, while others want to see only the most necessary things on the territory of their residential complex - kindergartens and schools, as they are afraid that there will be a lot of fuss and noise from other institutions.

Infrastructure in the area

The residential complex "Spring" is being built next to the already inhabited areas of the city, where there is a developed infrastructure. So, within a radius of 500 meters from the residential complex there is a kindergarten, two supermarkets, an emergency hospital, a credit bank, a restaurant, and within a radius of 1000 meters the Vozrozhdenie bank, hardware stores, several cafes, a restaurant, school number 4, a clinic. All these establishments are so close that Vesna residents can walk there, but they will have to cross the constantly busy Kievskoye Highway, which causes some inconvenience.

This residential complex has a large selection of apartments both in terms of area and layout. In the first stage, studios with an area of 21-28 m2 were offered2. The rest of the queues have the following apartment options:

The construction of the residential complex "Spring" (Aprelevka) was started by the developer OPIN, or "Open Investments", which has been operating in the Russian construction market since 2002. The company has been in commercial real estate for a long time. Its completed projects are the Novotel hotel, the Meyerhold and Domnikov business centers and others, totaling 200 thousand m2. Among housing construction, one can note the residential complex "Martemyanovo","Pestovo", "Pavlovo-2". The development company OPIN is distinguished by reliability, high quality of work, and compliance with project deadlines. In 2016, Roman Avdeev, who owns MKB, bought this company and is now merging it with Ingrad, so by the end of 2017 the OPIN brand will no longer exist.

Construction progress

The construction of the residential complex "Spring" began in 2012, the first stage, including 4 multi-section complexes (Nos. 13 to 16), was commissioned in 2014 and the keys were given to people in the same year.

The second stage, including 8 buildings, was to be completed in the third quarter of 2016, divided into 2 stages. The first included 4 buildings (Nos. 9 to 12). The developer successfully completed and put them into operation in June. The delivery of the second stage, which also includes 4 buildings (Nos. 5 to 8), was postponed to the 4th quarter. In December-January, builders completed the glazing of balconies, cabling, and interior work. As of April, the hulls of the second stage of the second stage have not yet been delivered.

The third stage, including the last 4 buildings, is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2018.
