All questions, disputes and conflict situations are also obliged to be resolved by the hotel administrator, within the framework of the powers assigned to him. For any hotel, profit is the main goal, so the hotel administrator is also entrusted with the function of controlling the departure of guests, during which the payment of all bills should be checked.
In order to properly and accurately ensure the operation of all services, the hotel administrator must know the rules for the provision of hotel services, room maintenance, staffing rules, hotel structure and other aspects. This knowledge is necessary in order to perform their work qualitatively and professionally.
