However, the product gained real fame in 1980 during the Olympics in the capital, when the USSR government decided to entrust Valio to act as the official supplier of dairyproducts during the competition. Initially, processed cheese "Viola" was considered a delicacy and was a decoration of every festive table, and later turned into an ideal addition to sandwiches and sandwiches.

2014 marks the anniversary of the melted goodies maker. It was in this year that the first melted cheese trays began to be produced at the enterprise itself, and the partner enterprise distinguished itself by the production of sweet butter under the same brand.
This product meets all the requirements of GOST and is produced according to a special recipe tested by Valio technologists from Finland.

Production technology
This cheese is made from hard and semi-hard varieties (Tilsit, Edam, Emmental), milk powder and butter. The ingredients used to create this unique delicacy are natural and meet all domestic and European quality standards.
