The service works in two ways. Transactions can be made over the Internet and via SMS. It is worth noting that there are special payments that are made only via SMS.

Withdraw money via the Internet

In order to transfer money from Tele2 to a Sberbank card, you need to log in to the operator's official website. In the tab, select the means by which the transfer is made, then click on the label of the corresponding plastic card and fill in the proposed fields and forms. On the same page, you must specify the subscriber number from which the funds are debited.

Transfer money via SMS

In order to transfer money from Tele2 to a Sberbank card using short messages, you must do one of the following:

• send a short message to number 159 with the text: "card(space)1234567812345678(space)amount";
• execute USSD command "1591card_numberamount";
• send a message with the following content: "rek(space)amount(space)account number(space)name of the recipient(space)bank details" to number 159.

The amount in all cases is indicated without kopecks. There is no charge for SMS to 159.

Money transfer at the mobile operator's office

This is an additional way. At the Tele2 office, at the consultant, fill out a form in which you indicate your own data and sizetranslation. After processing the application, the money will be sent. The transaction will take no more than five business days.

Agreed limits and rates

There are restrictions on all transfers from Tele2 to a bank account. The minimum amount allowed for a transaction is 50 rubles. The maximum transfer (within a day) is 15,000 rubles. You can make no more than ten transfers per day. More than ten rubles must remain on the mobile account after the operation, in order to avoid blocking the phone.

The operator charges a fee for providing this service. Usually it is 5.75%, plus forty rubles. That is, it is unprofitable to transfer small amounts. The commission does not reduce the payment, but is calculated in excess of it.

The speed of receipt of money to the account depends on the chosen method of sending. If the transfer is postal, then the money will go to the bank not earlier than in four days, the maximum period will be eight days. Other transfers can take two or three days, but usually arrive in minutes.

The operator warns that you can only transfer money from Tele2 to a Sberbank card that has been credited to your account. Various bonuses and other reward points will not be available during the transaction. You can find out the amount that Tele2 is ready to transfer from a specific number using the command 104.

The "Money Transfers" service is available to Tele2 subscribers with prepaid billing and a SIM card usage period of at least 60 days. Postpaid customers cannot use this service.
