We encounter the concept of "requisites" in various areas of life and business. Individual entrepreneurs (IP) and commercial organizations, banks and accounts in them have them. In each individual case, this term refers to various kinds of information. For example, the details of an individual entrepreneur and a bank are completely different data about these entities. "Details" is a rather broad concept, but its meaning boils down to one thing: the identification of a subject in economic and legal relations.
Who needs bank details and why?
Let's consider the details of IP as an example. In order to carry out commercial activities, a person who is an individual entrepreneur must provide information about himself and his activities, register it and use it when entering into economic relations. The lack of details makes the activities of the IP illegal and repels potential partners and customers, because this automatically increases the risk of the transaction.
There are IP details that are mandatory and optional. The following data is mandatory:
- F. I. O. and legal address (may be the same as the registration address);
- TIN of a citizen-individual entrepreneur;
- number, which is indicated in the IP registration certificate (OGRNIP).
In addition to the specified details, there may be additional ones:
- bank account details (c/c), if available;
- contact phone number (can also be included in details);
- OKPO and OKATO codes.
It is according to the information indicated above that it is possible to identify and verify the legality of the activities of the IP.
Optional but very important payment details
As already mentioned, the details of an individual entrepreneur include data on his bank account. So we smoothly move on to bank details.
In order to make mutual settlements with an individual entrepreneur, you need to know the following information about him and his account:
- Full name individual entrepreneur;
- № r / s - a set of twenty digits;
- name of the bank where the account is opened (beneficiary bank);
- correspondent bank account (also twenty digits);
- BIC - bank identification account;
- TIN - individual taxpayer number;
- KPP – registration reason code.
Bank details for businesses and individuals
If the recipient of the funds is an enterprise, then instead of the full name, the name is indicatedits full name. By analogy with an individual entrepreneur, its details include the full and short name of the company, address, full name of the director and details of the bank account of this enterprise, contact numbers and other legally important information about the company.
For individuals for the purpose of transferring funds, the number of the personal account is indicated. If the account is a card account, then an additional requirement for crediting funds is the number of the card itself, indicated on the front side.
Bank details
The last five items in the payment details listed above plus the location address constitute the bank details. They are unique for each credit institution, and can be used both independently (if the transfer is made in favor of the bank), and in conjunction with the data of a particular account (for crediting funds to accounts opened with the bank). Knowing them, as well as the account number and full name of the recipient, you can make cashless transfers, payments and other payments.
When compiling a payment order, it is very important to do it very carefully. Otherwise, your money may simply end up in the wrong account, and it will be extremely difficult to correct the mistake.
We have considered what are the details of individual entrepreneurs, enterprises, account details (payment) and the bank itself. Now, when you need to make a money transfer or enter into other economic relations, you will know exactly what details are needed for this.
