• 2012 - 387,640 rubles;
• in 2013 - 408,960;
• 2014 - 429 thousand 408 rubles;
• in 2015 - 453,026 rubles.

Maternity capital has not been indexed in the last 12 months. Accordingly, in 2016, this payment amounted to the same amount as in 2015. This means that exactly 453 thousand 26 rubles were received by all families who applied for maternity capital.

Percentages

The next point that citizens are interested in is the amount of indexation of maternity capital. After all, it is the percentage indicators that will help you independently calculate how much money an already partially used certificate stores.

It has been repeatedly said that the payment under study in 2016 was not indexed. Therefore, in this period of time, the percentage is 0. How much did the payments increase earlier? From 2008 to 2015 inclusive, indexation was respectively:

• 10, 5%;
• 13%;
• 10%;
• 6, 5%;
• 6, 0%;
• 5, 5%;

It should be remembered that when indexing, it will actually be recalculated. But you don't need to change the certificate at all. When using documents, an automatic recalculation of funds will occur. There is no need to worry at this point.

The last indexation of maternity capital took place in 2015. So far, an increase in this payment is planned, but it is not known exactly whether it will be. In fact, indexing plays an important role for the population. Prices rise with inflation. And over time, the money paid out can be almost useless. Therefore, sometimes it is necessary to carry out an increase in benefits.

In 2017, the maternity capital is planned to remain and even increase. Approximately up to 495,000 rubles. Therefore, we can hope that the indexing will still take place. It remains only to follow the latest news and wait for the increase in payments. Although in the conditions of the current crisis, maternity capital can be completely removed. So far, this state support program has been extended until 2020. But that doesn't mean it can't be canceled urgently.
