Urea can be called one of the most popular fertilizers among summer residents and gardeners. It belongs to the nitrogen group. It is usually available as white or clear granules or slow-dissolving tablets.

Urea fertilizer, the use of which is justified to support plants during flowering and fruiting, is applied mainly in a superficial way. The fact is that if you leave them in the open air, some of the nitrogen may be lost. After that, the bed needs to be watered.

Once in the soil, urea as a fertilizer begins to interact with the enzymes produced by the bacteria living in it. As a result, part of it turns into ammonia. That is why it does not hurt to bury the granules a little into the ground. Otherwise, the gas will simply evaporate. Deepening is also advisable when the site is very damp. Urea fertilizer, the use of which must be strictly dosed, can be used to feed almost all vegetable crops. In addition to granules, slow-dissolving tablets can be used. Once in the soil, they begin to gradually disperse, and this process lasts quite a long time.
