A special pressing device is installed along the entire contour of the chamber, which looks like a chain-and-slat conveyor. Such a mechanism is driven by a drive shaft. The main task of this element is to twist dry grass/straw, turning the material into a bale.

The process of using the PRF-110 round baler on the field looks like this:

1. Technique is connected to a tractor, which starts to pull it along. This is necessary so that the hay can go directly to the pick-up itself.
2. Further, the material goes immediately to the drum and then to the press. Due to the fact that the whole mechanism moves in a circle, the hay first rises, but then falls due to the shape of the chamber, which leads to twisting.
3. Further, when dry grass arrives, the created roll gradually increases in size. With a gradual increase in mass on the roll, the arrow designed to control the density moves away. As soon as it reaches a certain position, the bale will be signaled.
4. At the last stage, the roll / briquette is tied with twine. At the end of the work, the hydraulics open the lid and the finished bale rolls out, remaining on the field.
