Yekaterinburg is a city with one and a half million citizens, dynamically developing both as an industrial and cultural center of the Trans-Urals. Location

The Krylov Residential Complex was built in the most elite place in the city. Yekaterinburg is steadily developing and growing, rising to the international level. In the general plan for its improvement, there is a point on the demolition of old buildings that do not represent either architectural or historical value, and in their place the construction of modern residential buildings, parks, shopping malls, children's institutions. Fit perfectlyin pursuance of this paragraph, the Krylov housing complex, which began to be built opposite the Central Stadium, on the site between Tatishcheva, Klyuchevskaya, Pirogov and Melnikov streets. In total, about 20 routes run here, so you can easily get to anywhere in Yekaterinburg.

Ecology

From these positions, the residential complex "Krylov" is not very conveniently located. Yekaterinburg is in the leading group among the cities of the Urals in terms of air pollution. Its location on the slopes of the mountains is "guilty" of a special air circulation, in which its movement is too quiet and stagnation is observed. There are many industrial enterprises in Yekaterinburg, but they are all located far from the Krylov complex and do not have any noticeable adverse effect on its residents. In 2016 alone, the company commissioned 524,000 square meters in Yekaterinburg. In 2012 Sinara Development started a large-scale project called Krylov Residential Complex. It included two lines. The first included one house with eight sections. They consisted of buildings in 11, 12, 18 and 25floors. On the first two floors of the complex, according to the plan, a children's club, a beauty salon, several shops and offices were to be built. A fitness center was planned to be built nearby. Krylov-2 Residential Complex

The construction of the second house of the Krylov residential complex began in 2015 next to the first one. It was supposed to consist of five sections, also of different heights, but in this case 15, 18 and 30 floors. The style of the buildings is ultra-modern, concrete and glass prevail in the exterior design, which successfully distinguishes the buildings of the Krylov residential complex. The photo captured the facades, made entirely of glass panels with a mirror effect. They give the complex a somewhat official and at the same time compositionally finished look. In general, the buildings of the second stage continue and complement the architectural ensemble of the first stage, but here the designers have introduced some distinctive details. So, a bright illumination is equippedalong the contours of structures, which very effectively decorates the hulls at night. The second highlight is the outdoor panoramic elevators, using which residents can admire the surroundings. They will be placed on each section. The project provides for special panels so that the movement of elevators does not interfere with the owners of apartments, in the immediate vicinity of the walls of which they will be mounted. Officially, the house was commissioned and the act was signed in 2016 on November 14. Acceptance of their apartments by tenants began in the first days of December, was carried out and is still being carried out by mutual prior agreement. Along the way, some violations are revealed, mainlyconsisting in minor imperfections, which the customer undertakes to eliminate in accordance with the act. Before receiving the keys, landlords must pay part of the payment for future utilities. To date, most of the apartments have been accepted.

Since the housing in this project has the status of a business class and is quite expensive, everything here must be done with the highest quality.

Merits noted by equity holders:

- location in a good location (city center), close to transport stops, shops, educational institutions, hospital;

- beautiful design;

- rich infrastructure;

- underground parking;

- the presence of security in the complex;

- excellent layout of apartments;

- satisfactory quality of work.

Noted deficiencies:

- relatively high prices;

- from the delivery of the object to the issuance of keys for more than a month.

First line:

- there is practically no declared gardening of the yard;

- poor soundproofing in apartments;

- poor quality tap water;

- a lot of imperfections in the apartments (cracks on the walls, blowing from the windows);

- Elevators do not operate regularly.

In the second turn:

- insufficiently landscaped area;

- small playgrounds;

- availability of apartments without balconies, which is unacceptable for business class housing.
