At the same time, the organization itself will determine what to spend the funds received on, and has the right to adjust costs if necessary. It can combine budgetary funds and funds received from extrabudgetary activities. An autonomous institution has the right to place financial resources on deposit accounts, thereby receiving additional income. In addition, it can take loans.
