An honorary diploma will bring a lot of joy to the hero of the day and show that he is part of a team that not only appreciates his conscientious work, but also knows him as a person.
A rational system of employee incentives is an important factor for the successful operation of the company. It is logical that the employer may give the right to the heads of structural divisions (workshops or departments) to apply low-cost incentive measures to employees, such as the payment of small one-time bonuses, early removal of the imposed pen alty.
