• presence of fire alarms, emergency exits;
• walls and ceilings should have non-flammable materials.

You don't need water to make plastic bags. But the central water supply is still required, otherwise permission from the SES will not be issued.

Equipment and cost

To start the production of HDPE, LDPE bags from a film, a line of equipment is needed. Mandatory devices include:

1. Extruder. The equipment is needed to convert raw material granules. It can produce up to 40 kg of polyethylene per hour. It costs 650 thousand rubles.
2. Flexo printing machine. It is applied to drawing on production of images. Price - 450 thousand rubles.
3. Machine for making plastic clips for packaging. The cost is 45 thousand rubles.
