Entrepreneurial activity is the timely organization and combination of certain factors of production, such as capital, land, labor and entrepreneurial ability, to create products or services (intended for sale), necessarily satisfying social needs in order to obtain the maximum material benefits.
For the favorable development of entrepreneurship in modern Russia, the idea that not every new business is entrepreneurship is of great importance. Entrepreneurship is always associated with the highly efficient use of all components of production in order to increase economic growth and, of course, meet the needs of society or a particular person with the achievement of the goal.
The main goal of entrepreneurial activity in Russia is the production and bringing to specific consumers of services,goods or work. And, of course, receiving material rewards for this.
Goals of entrepreneurial activity reveal the essence of entrepreneurship itself. They consist in stimulating broad public demand for certain needs and satisfying it. Also, the goal of entrepreneurial activity is to maximize all opportunities that can satisfy the needs of an entrepreneur in conditions of uncertainty under the influence of the internal environment and the threat of the external environment. This means getting the most out of limited resources. The goals of entrepreneurial activity are to achieve a certain status by the enterprise and its consolidation in the market of goods and services. The person carrying out the activity can play one or more roles: manufacturer, supplier, dealer, intermediary, seller, etc.
Long-term business goals are achieved over a long period of time. They are always aimed at increasing and maintaining profitability, and must also be backed by the provision of resources for long-term needs, such as the acquisition of equipment, research and development (R&D), staff training or the creation of new production facilities.
Once business goals have been set, it must be decided how best to achieve them. To do this, it is necessary to develop a planfurther action. Namely: to think over the sequence of steps to achieve each specific goal, to distribute and assign responsibility for the implementation of each specific step to one or another key figure. It is also necessary to determine the target dates for the implementation of each action.
An action plan is needed to achieve the intended goals. Without such a plan, the goals set lose their meaning, as there are no measures to implement them.
Currently, most of the country's population fully or partially lives off the income from small businesses.
