So it will be quite difficult to park the car, which greatly complicates the trip to Noyabrsky. A positive factor is the lack of heavy traffic in the area.

It's worth knowing that you can find several shoe and clothing stores in this mall. But you will not meet representatives of chain brands here. But there are a lot of local entrepreneurs supplying things from China and Turkey. Therefore, the assortment here is an amateur.

Unfortunately, there is practically no entertainment here. Only a small beer bar is available to visitors. The prices here are quite affordable, but the assortment is not very wide. But guests of the "Noyabrsky" can visit the exhibition hall, which hosts various art events every month with free admission.
