If a woman works more than this norm, then the performance of such work will be considered overtime and must be paid in accordance with applicable law. Such a condition must be stipulated in the employment contract. If there are children under the age of 16, the mother is provided with an additional unpaidday off once a month. Unused extra days will not be reimbursed later. Women who have small children cannot be fired when layoffs.
