Contract amount and payment
The financial responsibility of the insurer, which under the contract lies with him, depends on the amount of funds spent on the purchase of a tourist trip. If the client did not transfer the insurance premium on time and in full, the insurer is not liable in the event of unfavorableevents.
Terms of agreement
Insurance against non-departure is concluded for the period of a tourist trip, but not more than one month. At the same time, if such a trip provides for a longer period, then, taking into account the application of increasing coefficients, a policy is issued for a longer period.
The contract takes effect from the day specified in it. However, if the potential tourist has not paid the calculated insurance premium, the document does not take effect.

Termination of the treaty
Insurance against non-departure ceases to be valid in such cases:
- expired in accordance with the dates specified in the contract;
