Two-component adhesive - a group of high-quality adhesives that do not contain solvents. The main components are resins (binders) and hardeners (separately stored, can be either in the form of a suspension or in powder).

As a result of a chemical reaction that begins after mixing these two components, the composition hardens, acquiring the initial bonding strength after a few minutes. The curing speed is largely dependent on the temperature and the quality of the pre-stripping. The final strength is gained after a few more hours.

Two-component epoxy adhesive is prepared exactly according to the instructions, in accordance with the proportions and exposure time indicated in it. When gluing two parts, you can apply an activator on one part and resin on the other. When connected, the components are contacted in the manner described above.

The main application area for epoxy adhesives are non-porous materials (anything but synthetics) that need to be bonded securely. For greater strength, the resin can bereinforced with fiberglass. This technique allows solving complex problems that arise, for example, during the repair of machines. Sometimes a high proportion of metal powder is added to a two-component adhesive and used as cold welding. Parts connected in this way have increased strength.

The two-component polyurethane adhesive, which is used in almost any area, is also particularly durable and reliable. It perfectly glues leather blanks with soles, wooden elements (including heavy ones), aluminum, glass, metal structures, natural stone. This two-component adhesive is not afraid of moisture, therefore it is suitable for construction work in rooms with high humidity (for example, in a bathroom, in a bathhouse, etc.). It is ideal for tiling work (including laying out patterns and mosaics), for gluing joinery, for finishing stone facades.

Thanks to the polyurethane adhesive, laying the "warm floor" system saves not only time, but also money and effort. Regardless of the type of flooring, already after eight hours you can not only walk on it, but also arrange furniture. This glue (unlike analogs) is almost not elastic, and therefore does not shrink and does not stretch. These qualities are retained even with a very intense load.

Reliability is one of the main selection criteria for shoe factories and small shoemakers. Regardless of the sole structure (PVC,porous, etc.), shoe polyurethane adhesive seizes surfaces so firmly that it is simply impossible to break them after drying. Such shoes are not afraid of rain, give lightness, comfort and pleasure.

Two-component adhesives (polyurethane, epoxy) are particularly strong and durable, flawlessly fix parts, joints, joints and confidently replace analogues. They are used in almost all types of work, regardless of the level of complexity. Ceramics, tiles, bricks seize to death, which is why those who have already used a two-component adhesive choose it again.
