It is usually not included in the base amount for calculating premiums, since most often it makes no sense to include it there. At the request of the employee, overtime pay can be replaced by an increase in rest time. For example, if he worked on a day off, then he can choose some other day for rest. In this case, overtime pay is single. These provisions come from Art. 152 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. On a weekend or holiday, workers are paid at least double the wages, and workers who receive an official salary receive at least a single rate - hourly or daily, depending on the time of work. These norms are established by Article 153 of the Labor Code.
