  • non-renewal of an expired OSAGO policy (if the contract has not been extended for 12 months or more, then the KMB needs to be increased again, that is, from scratch).

The reduction factor will not be restored if:

  • In one of the insurance periods, the policy was opened for an unlimited number of drivers. This is the case when the coefficient is assigned to the vehicle, and not to a specific person.
  • The terms of insurance have changed: from a limited number of drivers to an unlimited number, or a new vehicle has been purchased for which new insurance has been issued. In this case, according to the law, the discount is reset to zero.
  • The driver did not appear in any insurance policy during the year. And the discount for non-accident rate is calculated annually and is valid for the continuation of the next year. As soon as the cycle is interrupted, the MSC is reset to zero.

Before restoring the KBM in the database, we draw up an application. In writing, it must contain:

  • Send a written complaint by Russian Post or email. The form can be found in the public domain.
