An employee profile is an official document. It should contain an informative review of the official or social activities of a person. With the help of a characteristic, you can tell about the work path of an employee, his moral and labor qualities, describe his labor and social activity.
The following data must be present in the document:
- Employee's full name, date of birth. You should also indicate what education he received, provide a complete list of educational institutions that he graduated from.
- The next item that should contain the characteristics of the employee is the name of the company or organization where it was drawn up, the positions held by the person during work and his professional duties are listed.

As a rule, there are no problems with writing a positive characteristic at all. Everything is much more complicated if you need a negative characteristic of an employee.
Of course, in an official document you will not write something like "snored for the whole office" or "ate chips at work and did not share." It is important to remember that you are responsible for the content of the feature. Therefore, it should be objective to the maximum, and your opinion should be supported by concrete facts.
It is best if the negative characterization of the employee is documented. There must be links to documented misconduct, examples of negligence, etc.
