The release of any product, the construction of a building, the laying of networks and the performance of other types of work, as well as the provision of various kinds of services, is associated with the fulfillment of a huge number of requirements and norms. The main ones are state standards (GOSTs) and technical specifications (TU). If almost every citizen of the former USSR and the current CIS is familiar with the first category, then the second criterion needs to be de alt with in more detail.

Specifications is a specially developed document that is included in the documentation package that characterizes the manufacture of certain products. This paper indicates all the necessary technical parameters regarding the release of goods, the conditions and requirements for its production. It also describes and justifies the methods and techniques for assessing quality, the conditions for transportation, storage and operation of the final product.

The release of any kind of goods is associated with the direct implementation of the points of this document. Specifications define the mainprovisions for the production of goods, their dimensions, shape and equipment. In addition, it specifies the rules for the acceptance and delivery of products or equipment. This checklist contains proof testing information before sending the product directly to the customer.

Of course, the subsection “On methods of control” is an important point of the document. It can be called differently, but the meaning does not change: the main parameters that are taken into account in this section are the criteria by which the qualitative characteristics of the product are determined and established. It also emphasizes the compliance of products with established norms, requirements and standards. This section also mentions the methods and principles of sampling and sampling, the choice of equipment, materials, machines and reagents used. Much attention is paid to the selection and establishment of optimal terms for scheduled testing, sampling and analysis.

Specifications also contain the section "Operating conditions". Important and necessary requirements for packaging, transportation, storage, installation and use of the goods are also listed here. A mandatory item in this section is the parameters and terms of preservation of the goods.

The execution of technical specifications is an invariable step in the release of any type of goods or products in the territory of the Russian Federation and some other countries.

In order to properly arrange this document, you must haveseveral important references and documents. These include data on the activities of the organization with its details and addresses. A mandatory and very important attribute is the presence of a certificate of registration of the company, as well as its representative offices. Of course, you need to provide the name of the product (according to the certificates of conformity). The OKP code and the composition of the goods must also be present here.
