History of Appearance

Voronezh Brewery appeared back inbefore the war, back in 1936. The project promised to be colossal: in 14 years, a large-scale enterprise was to appear on the streets of the city. Some of the workshops were erected, but then a terrible event came - the Great Patriotic War.

Fierce battles began on the territory of the Voronezh region, and Molotov cocktails began to be produced in ready-made cases, which were immediately delivered to the front. Thus, the Voronezh Brewery managed to contribute to the Great Victory.

Already in 1943, the city continued the construction of the enterprise, and by 1945 the production of target products went on as usual.

The plant successfully existed until the very perestroika, during which it followed the example of other Russian enterprises and entered the stage of rapid stagnation.

Salvation came at the beginning of a new era, when there were investors who decided to make a financial injection and save the once mighty production. First, the Voronezh brewery was bought by the Yarpivo company, and then the latter was absorbed by B altika. So today this enterprise is reliably protected by a huge beer holding and its almost hundred-year history is rapidly continuing.

Today, residents of the city may notice that the company does not stop at the reforms. The old and inefficient building of one of the workshops has already been demolished and a new one has been erected. Machine tools and other modern equipment are regularly purchased, and production does not stop even for a minute.

What was done before

Before the “bright streak” came, only “Zhigulevskoye” beer came out of the assembly line of the Voronezh brewery. Locals associated it with low quality and low price. We can say that this brand was a kind of "meme", which is firmly entrenched in the memory of local gourmets.

What is produced today

Constant modernization of equipment allows the Voronezh brewery to constantly expand its range. If at the start of the reforms only the aforementioned Zhigulevskoye and B altika were produced off the assembly line, today this list has expanded significantly.

Now the company produces the following brands of alcoholic beverages: B altika beer, Yarpivo, Arsenalnoye, Nevskoye, Tuborg, Carlsberg, Asahi, Kronenbourg 1664.

Thus, to the surprise of domestic beer gourmets, it turned out that the French "Kronenburg", the Japanese "Asahi" and even the Danish "Carlsberg" are produced not just anywhere, but in the most ordinary city of Voronezh, which has nothing to do with ancient brewing traditions. However, this does not prevent the resulting product from meeting the declared quality and taste, as well as fulfilling the terms of the franchise for the production of alcoholic beverages under very famous brands.

The emergence of a trading network

Not so long ago the Voronezh Brewery celebrated its anniversary. The company is 80 years old. On this occasion, the administration decided to restore old traditions and opened itsretail network.

It all started with a small shop on the territory of the plant, where you can buy the famous "Zhigulevskoe" beer, as well as a small assortment of snacks for alcohol. The choice of the brand was quite natural, because it has become a real city landmark, which continues to be loved by local residents and guests of the city.

Today, the trading network has expanded somewhat. You can see the shops of the Voronezh Brewery in Stary Oskol, Semiluki, Liski and other large regional centers of the Voronezh region.

Concluding the topic, we note that the produced beer does not differ in unambiguous taste qualities. But everyone can evaluate the company's products on their own. One thing is for sure: this plant has a colossal and difficult history behind it and employs a huge number of Voronezh residents. It is difficult to predict what exactly awaits the enterprise in the future, but I want to believe that only the best years are ahead.
