"Italian village" in Crimea

Why the Black Sea?

Chernomorskoye, chosen for the construction of the "Italian Village" in the Crimea, is not a random place:

1. There is no industry here, so the environment is great.

Architects from Italy took part in the design of the "Italian Village" and offered to introduce original style features in the construction of each complex. All construction is divided into 17 phases, apartments are already on sale in 6 complexes named after Italian cities. More about them:
