It is a systematic approach to management that makes it possible to optimize all stages of work at an enterprise, which, in turn, will certainly lead to a reduction in costs. The company is seen as a single organism, made up of many separate pieces and elements, with an emphasis on the connections between them.

The system approach to management appeared in the late 50s of the 20th century at the peak of the production boom. The scale and volume of production began to increase many times over, and decisions made on the basis of old rules and guidelines could not save the situation. There is an urgent need for something new that can unite and tune huge complexes to maximum performance.

The first step in changing the ideology and rules of that time was the systematic thinking. Now, when a problem arose, using this method, it was possible to build a complete picture of what was happening, see the weakest elements and prevent future difficulties. In large enterprises with more than 100 employees, such functions are performed by managers, who, in turn, are controlled by a higher manager. Managers can be called both composers and conductors. Being directly at the place of production, they can quickly solve any problem, but all their actions depend on the goals and objectives that are formed by the central figure in the power vertical.

The systemic approach to management is quite complex and has many aspects that can change the final result. Its main task is to create an optimally functioning system that will not only allow you to see the whole picture, but also, if desired, give you the opportunity to optimize, refine or improve it to reduce costs.
