Professional competence is one of the most important components of a specialist's personality. At present, much attention is paid to the training of qualified workers in the education system.
In recent years, preschool institutions increased the influx of people who do not have special education. Low wages, greater responsibility for the he alth of children, and an increase in the range of duties do not contribute to the replenishment of the staff with workers with a high level of professionalism.
