When to pump honey - not a single beekeeper can say for sure, since it all depends on various external factors and the state of the family, but you can figure it out in approximate terms.

Before pumping honey, be sure to check its maturity. If the product in the frame is not yet sealed, then the collection should be postponed, because the honey is not yet ripe enough. Such a product pours heavily due to the large amount of moisture in it and quickly turns sour after collection, which is unacceptable. Varieties of honey

Of course, such a phenomenon is rare in the regions located to the north, therefore, the first honey is obtained there not earlier than the end of June, and sometimes even mid-July. Under such conditions, the tree blossoms very quickly, and the bees have to work tirelessly to collect as much nectar as possible.

Collection time
