The construction of any object, regardless of its characteristics, is carried out according to specific rules and standards. Before proceeding directly to the case, a construction organization project is being developed. This stand-alone document should not be confused with a set of working documentation. Based on this development, the work queue is determined. For example, if the construction of a plant is planned on a site that is located at a great distance from the city and communications, then first of all it is necessary to lay a road there, install a power line and fence off the allotted territory.

According to the regulations in force in the Russian Federation, a construction organization project is considered a mandatory instruction for all companies and organizations that take part in the work. Among them, of course, are the customer, contractors and those structures that finance and supply the construction site. Only after itobtaining and coordinating with all the mentioned organizations, each of them gets the opportunity to start work on their site. Most often, the development of a construction organization project is carried out by a general contractor. If necessary, he can entrust it to a specialized design organization.

Based on this document, a project for the production of works in the construction of each individual workshop is being developed. If the general document prescribes the sequence of erection of objects on the entire construction site, then a work production plan is created for each specific structure. For example, in the structure of an enterprise under construction there is a boiler house, treatment facilities and a nitrogen-oxygen station. In what sequence they will be erected is determined by the general construction plan. But in what terms and with the use of what technologies each of them will be built, it is already said in the project for the production of works.

The construction organization project includes two main sections: 1st is the construction master plan; 2nd - work schedule. Based on the construction plan, the entire site is divided into specific sections. Since construction is always associated with a large amount of materials, mechanisms and structures, they need to be placed somewhere. A place for temporary storage of metal structures cannot be organized where work will begin in a week. Only from this simple example can we conclude that qualitativelythe completed document ensures rhythmic work throughout the construction site.

If you do not solve the task, the schedule will be adjusted and constantly violated. But on the basis of the calendar plan, resources and mechanisms are distributed among the facilities under construction. From all that has been said, it is obvious that for rhythmic and systematic work on the site, it is necessary that the construction organization project be developed taking into account all technological and organizational features. It can be carried out by specialists with the necessary experience in the construction business.
