With the experience and required knowledge, a military specialist is allowed to engage in teaching activities.

Education

Training of specialists for service in the Russian Army is carried out in higher military educational institutions. Citizens who do not have officer ranks are admitted to the first course. The term of study in military institutions is 5 years. In the process of receiving education, the cadet not only passestraining in military affairs, but also receives a civilian speci alty, close in profile to the chosen profession in the army.

Education in universities is carried out on a contract basis. This contract involves the conclusion of an agreement between the institution and the cadet on military service during the period of study and after its completion within 5 years. The cadets who signed the contract have a monetary allowance that exceeds the scholarship in civilian universities by many times.

Everyone who has fulfilled the requirements of the curriculum and successfully passed the state certification is awarded the rank of lieutenant and a military profession with a qualification level. The received speci alty is confirmed by a state diploma.

The main speci alties in the management, education, training of soldiers and sailors are: the positions of commanders of crews, squads, posts, combat crews, etc. The commander simultaneously performs the duties of an educator, organizer and specialist, and also answers:
