Mortgage conditions
If a soldier becomes a member of the NIS, a savings account is automatically opened in his name. Ask the financial institution for the following information:

1. The NIS participant can live in the purchased housing, rent it out (subject to the availability of permission from the Federal State Institution Rosvoenipoteka).
