Requirements for a forensic investigator

A forensic investigator must be endowed with certain knowledge in order to carry out his labor activity. What exactly should the specialist in question know, what should he have an idea about?

First of all, the forensic investigator of the Russian Federation must know the Constitution of his country. In addition, a representative of the profession in question should have an idea about the main international legal treaties and agreements in Russia that regulate human rights and freedoms. Questions and topics on international cooperation in the field of criminal law should also be taken into account by an expert in the field of forensic science. Also, the specialist must know:

An expert in the field of forensic science must be cold-blooded and even harsh, but at the same time sensitive, very modest and moral person. The specialist in question must have a highly developed intellect, excellent erudition, and, to some extent, creative thinking. It is unlikely that a good specialist will be an investigator without developed analytical skills, unable to think quickly and quickly. It is worth remembering such important professional qualities as stress resistance, the ability to work hard and productively, communication skills (which, by the way, is especially important in the work of an investigator). Profession cannot be obtained without higher education. And in what particular educational speci alty will it be possible to obtain the profession in question? This, of course,"jurisprudence" and "judicial expertise". In order to enter a higher educational institution for these faculties, one will have to pass state exams in the disciplines "Russian language", "history" and "social science". It is worth noting that the work in the RF IC is incredibly diverse. They take people here not only with a law degree, but also, for example, with an automotive, geological, financial and economic education, etc. However, to be a professional investigator, you will have to unlearn at the Faculty of Law.
