Belarusian money today is a value exchange system with very low purchasing power. The currency of this brotherly people and the union state is also called the ruble, but already Belarusian. The difficult political situation of the independent republic doomed Belarusian money to a difficult fate with a large number of repeated devaluations and constant inflation. However, the authorities of this small but brave state in the center of Europe know why they are paying such a high price for an unstable currency. After all, the independence of the policy of Lukashenka and his team is simply indisputable. And Belarusian money with its weak purchasing power is an echo of the course chosen by the people of the country at the end of the 20th century, which is aimed at conducting an independent national policy by the honestly elected leadership of the republic. However, it is quite difficult to survive in the modern world, when even the largest and most developed countries unite in order to meet the economic needs of their peoples, but at the same time try to realize national ambitions. One of the conditions for the existence of a small state in the modern system of market relations is the full satisfaction of economicthe needs of its own people, which, in turn, is impossible without close partnerships in various unions and associations. Thus, Belarusian money can be accurately called a mirror reflecting the state of the economy of the whole country.

The Belarusian ruble is currently the official currency issued by the Republic of Belarus. Due to the weak purchasing power, it does not have changeable monetary units and there is no point in dividing it into smaller parts. The Belarusian ruble is designated, according to the International Organization for Standardization, as ISO 4217 and has a bank code of BYR. To date, banknotes in denominations of 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 50,000, 100,000 and 200,000 BYR are circulating in the country.

two countries at first glance is friendly and predictable. However, some single events that are periodically heard in the news simply cannot be explained. They are reminiscent of the trade wars of sworn competitors who have been dividing the sphere of influence for many years. Periodic visits by leaders of countries to each other, joint military exercises and other activities to bring states closer together have been signals of friendly partnership for many years. However, cases of customs confrontation or detention of leaders of competitive firms for domestic business, described in different ways in the press of both states, indicate the unwillingness of the allied countries for closer integration into one economic system with a single currency. Therefore, while the leaders are arguing, ordinary people will have to change Belarusian money for Russian for a long period of time at the rate indicated by banks.
