About the complex
The construction of the Graffiti residential complex started in 2013. In total, it is planned to build 16 buildings. 15 - twenty-four floors and one - ten. The first one was delivered in 2015. Clients are invited to purchase any of the 200 apartments they like. These are studios, 1, 2 and 3-room apartments. All residential premises belong to the comfort class, in connection with which they have already been finished. A total of 482 residential premises were put up for sale, but half of them have already been purchased. The completion date of the entire complex is 2019. Construction is carried out using monolithic-brick technology.

What do the reviews of those who have already purchased housing in the complex or are just considering options for buying it say about the Graffiti Residential Complex? Residents of new apartments, as a rule, do not make any special claims. Finishing quality, fully consistent with what the developer said. Not everyone likes, of course, the fact that construction is still underway, which, by the way, will continue for another three years. However, firstly, four more buildings will be commissioned soon, after which the developer will immediately start landscaping the territory. And secondly, you should not lose sight of the fact that the apartments were bought today in the first house of the microdistrict and at the lowest possible price, but what will happen to their cost tomorrow is a big question. So it's better to be patient a little, especially since what's leftnot for long.
Everyone, without exception, is delighted with the district's infrastructure and says that they have enough of everything. No one particularly makes claims to transport communication. There is also no dissatisfaction with the developer. He clearly answers all questions about the progress of construction and deadlines, and immediately eliminates defects found in rented apartments (which, by the way, are rare). As for the cost, no one complains too much either, everything suits everyone and no one considers it overpriced.
So, by and large, the Graffiti Residential Complex is worthy of buying an apartment in it.
