In Kazan, on the banks of the Knox River along the Mamadyshsky tract, active construction of the residential complex "Spring" is underway. 6. Houses 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are still under construction.

There are several options for apartments in the houses that have come into operation. Buyers can choose:

• 1-room apartments - small housing up to 40.61 sq. m;
• 2-room options - the area varies from 53.54 to 63.9 square meters. m;
