Under what conditions can a declaration be filed

The first mandatory factor for its adoption by Rosregistration is the availability of documents for the land. This is not necessarily the right of ownership, it is enough just a contract of use or lease.

The second necessary condition for filing a declaration of immovable property is the completion of construction. That is, a garden house or other structure located onland must be put into operation. BTI is responsible for this.

And the most important requirement for making a declaration of real estate is accuracy and accuracy. Everything must be written in blue ballpoint pen, in block letters, legibly, without corrections or blots.

How to fill out the declaration correctly

This document contains all the information about the object, starting with its location and ending with information about the owners. The first paragraph of the declaration of an immovable property is intended for a detailed description of its address. Information is entered here from the subject of the Russian Federation to the house number.

The second item is the type of object. This can be either a home ownership with or without the right to reside, as well as an outbuilding or a garage. The purpose of the object is indicated separately.

Next, not forgetting to write down the cadastral number of the site on which the building is located, you should go to the largest paragraph of the declaration. These are the specifications. It describes the nuances associated with the building itself, the materials from which it is built, as well as available communications. In principle, everything is quite simply described, it remains only to tick off the necessary options.

The sixth point is information about the owner of the building, including his registration, passport and other data. If the object is owned by several persons, each fills out a declaration on his own behalf, indicating in its seventh paragraph the size of his share.

At the very end, as in any otherdocument, the date of submission and signature is put in the declaration on the immovable property. By filling out this document and signing it, the citizen confirms the accuracy of all the specified information.
