In 2004, a rebranding took place, Polonsky's branch received a new name - MiraxGroup, Kirilenko remained in charge of the old Stroymontazh branch, but his company did not last long.

In 2009, the company's assets were seized for $241 million in outstanding debt. Polonsky paid off his debts, but the company's reputation was tarnished. Because of this, he changed his name to Potok.
