As you know, on July 12, 2016, the court ruled to freeze all funds on the accounts of Fozzy Food LLC, the owner of the stores. The company has overdue loan obligations to PJSC VTB Bank in the amount of UAH 239.1 million. Based on the information available to the bank's analysts, the borrower is quite capable of repaying its obligations, but for unclear reasons, is avoiding debt service.

Currently, more than 70 million UAH have been placed on arrested accounts.

Despite the blocking of funds, Fozzy Food LLC continues to work and trade. This is possible, as bank employees comment, only in violation of Ukrainian legislation.
