The "Bright" microdistrict (Ufa) was conceived as a model of housing construction in the twenty-first century. These are four schools, seven kindergartens, two sports complexes, medical institutions, pharmacies, shopping and entertainment centers, catering establishments, a children's theater, an amphitheater, and a cycle track.
With such a large-scale construction, the developer did not forget about the main, vital detail - the environmental situation. Therefore, all green spaces available on the territory will be preserved. Since the microdistrict "Bright" is actually being built on the shore of Lake Kustarevsky, a well-maintained embankment is being equipped. And in the vicinity of the microdistrict, a park is being ennobled, where it is good to take a walk in the evening or relax with your family on weekends. Moreover, the embankment and the park are connected by a pedestrian zone.
