One of the pride items, according to the company's "portfolio", is the Opalikha O2 residential complex. These are beautiful apartment buildings, which have already been partially commissioned. There is a forum of residents of this complex on the Internet, which covers information about every detail, from the area of apartments and the location of houses to niches for air conditioning and the quality of finishing of window slopes. So, many tenants complain about the work of the Urban Group. Reviews indicate that many of the engineering points promised earlier have not been met. For example, this is the thickness of the walls (instead of 200 mm it is only 130-140); quality of finishing of slopes; niches for air conditioning systems; a line of fences around the house (which simply do not exist); problems with water supply and heating system.
