How to use
Basically, the preparation of the apparatus for use and the analysis proceed as follows:
- Place the milk analyzer in a convenient place in an upright position. It is important that the surface is level and stable. It is ideal to use the analyzer on a table or pedestal.
- Set the required mode of operation. After selecting the mode, the device will start to warm up. Usually, warming up is performed automatically immediately after connecting the machine to the network. After heating, the display shows information about the readiness of the analyzer for operation.
- Fill the special container for samples with the required amount of milk and place in the machine according to the instructions. The sample temperature must be within the recommendedvalues.
- When performing an analysis using a suction pump, install a stopper with a tube and select the appropriate mode. Then fill the measuring cup with milk and place it in the place where the sample was taken. After the milk is sucked into the machine, the measurement will begin.
- Analysis of milk without a pump is carried out using a piston, under the action of which the milk enters the measuring chamber.
- After the analysis is completed, the measurement results are shown on the display.
