There are two types of distributors: general and exclusive. An exclusive distributor is a specialist who works only with one manufacturing company, that is, he undertakes not to cooperate with others. In turn, the manufacturing company guarantees cooperation with only one distributor. Every major company has at least one official representative of their products in different countries.

Such cooperation is beneficial for both manufacturers and distributors, since the former get the opportunity to distribute their goods in different cities, while the latter earn money by reselling. It is very important when working with consumers to take into account the mentality of the inhabitants of the country in which sales are carried out. Distribution first became known in the 90s, it was during that period that private entrepreneurs flourished. Starting this business is not easy, since usually inexperienced entrepreneurs work only with little-known products, which means that there are noguarantees that the expenses will pay off, and even more so that any profit will be received. Today, the task has become easier, you can find all the necessary information about any company on the Internet, and this significantly reduces the risk of depositing funds into a deliberately unprofitable business.
So, we can say that a distributor is a very profitable profession, but only if you seriously engage in such activities. Not all people can master it perfectly and succeed, since the key component of a good career is communication and sales skills.
