The administrative center of the rural settlement of Bugrovskoye - the village of Bugry has been experiencing all the "joys" of the attention of builders since 2010. As in the nearby Novy Devyatino and Murino, the construction of new skyscrapers has begun in this place.
A bit of history
The first mention of these lands dates back to 1500. Then they belonged to the Orekhovsky county, according to the salary census book of the Vodskaya Pyatina. But as a geographical object, the Bugry took shape recently, at the beginning of the nineteenth century.
The toponym "Bugry" is associated with the relief features of the area - here the transition to the upland of the Karelian Isthmus is manifested very clearly. The homestead was on a hill surrounded by swampy and wooded areas.
In the 30s. of the last century, the People's Commissariat decides to create the Bugry collective farm, after which the construction of 2- and 3-story wooden houses, as well as six barracks, begins. Here they grow fruits and vegetables, expand a livestock farm and an apiary. Since 1934, the collective farm was renamed into a state farm.
Bugry village: transport accessibility
At the intersection of the Ring Road and Prospekt Kultury, the settlement borders on St. Petersburg. If someone who is going to go to the village of Bugry is interested in the map, then we can say that there is a good transport interchange in the same place. Another, larger intersection with the Ring Road is located to the north - at the meeting point with Engels Ave.
There are several metro stations in the vicinity: in Murino, on the territory of the northern capital - "Prospect of Enlightenment", "Civil Avenue", and also "Parnas", which distinguishes Bugry (Leningrad region). A map of the area will help you get to the desired point. The stations can be reached by taking public transport (the journey takes about fifteen minutes). Buses and minibuses go here, since the Ring Road passes near the village. A free bus runs to the Auchan store from Bugry, which residents often use.
Bugry, Leningrad region: shopping in the village
There are no problems with shopping here: the Auchan hypermarket is located near the Ring Road, and the Mega-Parnas shopping center is at the intersection with Engels Ave. In the village there are small shops within walking distance with a mandatory set of manufactured goods and products. It is worth noting that the situation with the infrastructure is the same as in the rapidly developing neighboring areas: one school, while there is not enough of it for everyone. Consequently, every day a school bus takes some students to Novoe Devyatkino, where a new educational institution has appeared.
Development of infrastructure in the village
Because the settlement begandevelop rapidly, there are not enough medical institutions and kindergartens. Okay, there's only one dispensary here.
The convenient location of the village of Bugry (Leningrad region) almost on the border of St. Petersburg and the region attracts a huge number of property buyers. From this place it is easy to get to the center, the infrastructure is developing very quickly here, all conditions are created for a comfortable stay. It is surprising that although the village can be called part of St. Petersburg, the cost of housing here is much lower than in the city. At the moment, buying real estate under construction here is a great opportunity to profitably invest your money.
Road to St. Petersburg
To get to St. Petersburg, just go to the ring road, passing just a kilometer from this village. On minibuses and regular buses, which run quite often in the village of Bugry (Leningrad region), you can get to the Prospekt Prosveshcheniya station in ten minutes. From here you can get to any part of the city without any problems. In addition, it is easy to drive your own car to the regional center. The proximity of the Ring Road makes the village, one might say, an ideal place to live if you plan to live here and work at one of St. Petersburg's enterprises.
Buying property in Bugry
At the moment, the social infrastructure of the village is not yet very well developed. Although, as already mentioned, construction is being carried out here at a rapid pace, and by the time the housing complex or house is completed, everything already appears next to it.essentials - pharmacies, shops, hospitals, kindergartens and schools.
The main advantage of new buildings are excellent opportunities for a good rest in the village of Bugry (Leningrad region). The territory near each building under construction includes park areas that are intended for recreation for children and adults. In addition, the well-known ski resorts "Igora", "Okhta-Park", "Northern Slope" are located near the settlement.
The village of Bugry is perfect for permanent comfortable living. Therefore, buying an apartment here is a great solution for everyone who is looking for high-quality and affordable modern housing near St. Petersburg.
Metro expansion
It is worth noting that soon the road from the house in Bugry to the northern capital will become more accessible and convenient. Thus, the authorities of the city are supposed to improve the transport infrastructure in order to connect the metropolis and the developing suburbs. There should be light rail trams and metro. It is planned that the development of transport may lead to an increase in the volume of construction in the village of Bugry, Leningrad Region. The most anticipated event in the field of transport communications in the region will, without a doubt, be the opening of a metro station.
The emergence of a new mode of transport - light rail
In addition to the appearance of the subway, the village of Bugry (Leningrad region) and the nearest settlements are waiting foranother innovation. These are light rail cars. So, the management plans include the opening of new transport lines: from Sertolovo to Suzdalsky, from Kolpino to Rybatskoye station, from Vsevolozhsk to Ladoga station. Kolpino and Rybatskoe will tentatively be connected by trams already this year. The route to Vsevolozhsk will pass along Nastavnikov, Kosygin, Irinovsky prospects. At the same time, new lines will be laid to Vsevolozhsk from the latter.
The development of infrastructure, the expansion of ways to travel on the borders of St. Petersburg, of course, will contribute to the intensive development of the region. At the same time, new means of communication can make life much easier for a huge number of people. The road from work to home will be made more accessible and comfortable. The settlement will develop along with the big city.
Today we can say with absolute certainty that living in this actively developing village close to the city is becoming more and more desirable for a huge number of people.
